Communication is essential for communities affected by potential off-site  Brownfields contaminated sites that maybe of concern.  These off-site contaminants from old mine sites, unoccupied village dump/landfill sites, old mining supplies barge/transportation landing sites, etc., affect many communities, as heavy metals and contaminants are transported by surface and ground water and can become concentrated in subsistence foods.
